FoamDelete your Foam account
You can delete your Foam account and its data at any time.
In the app
Open Foam, go to the Account tab (customers) or the Earnings tab (washers), scroll down, and tap "Delete account". Confirm twice. Your account is deleted right away.
If you have a wash in progress, finish or cancel it first.
By email
If you no longer have the app, email support@foamcarwash.app from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm within 30 days.
What is deleted and what is kept
Deleted: your profile, phone number, saved cards, washer price list, and washer membership (cancelled).
Kept without your personal details: records of past transactions (amount, date, service) needed for tax and accounting. Stripe keeps washer payout and tax records as required by law.
