FoamWasher Agreement
This agreement applies in addition to the Terms of Service if you use Foam as a washer. By creating a washer account you agree to it. Effective October 30, 2026.
Independent business
You are an independent contractor running your own business, not an employee, partner, or agent of Level Up Mobile Carwash. You choose when to go online, which requests to accept, your prices, your methods, and your own supplies and equipment. Nothing in this agreement creates an employment relationship.
Your responsibilities
Perform services professionally and safely, follow all laws (including local business licensing, water-use, and runoff rules), and treat customers and their property with care.
Keep appropriate insurance for your business, including general liability insurance that covers damage to customer vehicles and property. You are responsible for damage you cause.
Describe your services and prices accurately, and only accept jobs you can complete.
Fees
Membership: $9.99 per month, billed in advance and renewing automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time in the app; your membership stays active until the end of the paid month. Membership fees are not refunded for partial months. An active membership is required to appear to customers.
Service fee: 6% of each completed wash is deducted before your payout. If a customer cancels after you accept, the $5 cancellation fee is paid to you, less the same 6% service fee.
We may change fees with at least 30 days' notice in the app or by email.
Payouts
Payouts are made through Stripe to the bank account or debit card you choose during setup. You must complete Stripe's identity verification to receive payouts. Payout timing follows Stripe's schedule.
Payment processing services for washers on Foam are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the "Stripe Services Agreement"). By agreeing to this agreement or continuing to operate as a washer on Foam, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time. As a condition of Foam enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide Foam accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize Foam to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.
We may hold or reverse payouts for jobs involving fraud, chargebacks, or unresolved damage claims.
Taxes
You are responsible for your own income taxes, self-employment taxes, and any sales tax that applies to your services. We or Stripe may issue tax forms (such as Form 1099-K) as required by law, which requires accurate tax information from you.
Location and conduct
While you are online, your location is shared with customers so they can find and follow you. Do not collect, keep, or use customer information for anything other than the job you accepted, and do not ask customers to pay you outside the app for jobs found through it.
Deactivation
You can stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or deactivate washer accounts for safety concerns, fraud, repeated low ratings or complaints, or breaking this agreement. Earnings for completed work will still be paid unless held as described above.
