FoamPrivacy Policy
This policy explains what information Foam ("we", "us"), operated by Level Up Mobile Carwash, collects when you use the Foam app, how we use it, and the choices you have. Effective October 30, 2026.
Information we collect
Account details: your name, email address, phone number (optional), and whether you signed up as a customer or a washer.
Location: customers share their location while using the app so we can show nearby washers and set the wash address. Washers share their location while they are online so customers can find them and follow their arrival. We do not collect location while the app is closed or while a washer is offline.
Booking details: the address where the car is parked, the vehicle description, notes you add, the service, price, status, and ratings.
Washer profile: business name, description, price list, service area, and ratings.
Payment information: card and bank details are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store full card or bank account numbers. We receive limited details from Stripe such as card brand, last four digits, expiry date, and payout status.
Technical information: basic device and log data needed to run the service securely, such as app version and error logs.
How we use information
To create and secure your account, connect customers with nearby washers, process bookings, take payments and pay washers, show live job status, prevent fraud, provide support, and meet legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
What other users see
Customers see washers' business names, descriptions, prices, ratings, and location on the map while the washer is online. When you book, the washer sees your name, phone number (if provided), vehicle, address, and notes for that job, and you see the washer's name, phone number (if provided), and live location until the job ends.
Service providers we share with
Stripe (payments, payouts, identity checks for washers and tax forms), Supabase (secure hosting of our database and accounts), Apple and Google (maps, app delivery, and device location services), and Expo (app delivery and updates). These providers only process data to provide their services to us.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the safety of users or the public, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.
How long we keep information
We keep account information while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your profile, saved cards, and price list. We keep records of past transactions (amounts, dates, and service names) without your address or notes, for as long as needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes.
Your choices and rights
You can update your profile in the app, turn off location permission in your phone settings (some features will not work without it), and remove saved cards at any time.
You can delete your account at any time in the app under Account > Delete account, or by emailing us. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your information, or to know how it is used. Contact us to make a request. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.
Children
Foam is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and a payment processor certified to the highest industry standard (PCI DSS Level 1). No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep it private.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy. If changes are significant we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect.
